How does the -80% launch offer work?
Until October 1, 2026, every new Starter or Pro subscription gets -80% for 12 months (€56 instead of €279, €130 instead of €649). The discount applies automatically at checkout and stays locked in for one year from your subscription date. The free Discovery plan is a one-time offer: 30 evaluations and 2 campaigns.
What exactly is an evaluation?
An evaluation = 1 candidate × 1 test. 2 tests taken by the same candidate = 2 evaluations. You only pay for what you use.
How does the AI comparison work?
Every question is also submitted to the latest models. We compare the answers across several criteria to show where the candidate beats — or doesn't — the machine.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime (prorated). Downgrade at the next cycle. The Discovery plan is free, limited to one use per company.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
Extra evaluations are billed per unit: +€2 on Starter, +€1.4 on Pro. An alert is sent at 80% of the quota.
Can I commit annually for a discount?
Yes. Annual commitment on Starter and Pro with -20% off the monthly rate. Request it at signup or by email.
Can unused evaluations be carried over?
Feature under consideration. A rollover option (up to +50% of the plan, carried over 1 month) is being explored — contact us if it's a deal-breaker.
Is there a commitment?
None on monthly plans. Cancel anytime. The Discovery plan is free, with no renewal or credit card.
What is the Smarter Lab?
A program reserved for Pro and Enterprise customers: early-access research articles, invitations to quarterly meetups, exclusive sector benchmarks. Enterprise customers also take part in the methodological co-design of new themes.
How do you protect my data?
European hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, GDPR compliance. Data deleted on request.
