Aziz spent years studying human intelligence. First as a researcher at the Sorbonne, with degrees in psychology and management. Then as an IT manager, watching AI rewrite jobs from the inside.
From those two worlds, one conviction stuck. Psychology can name the skills that make a good professional. Technology can now measure them against AI. Smarter Than AI grew out of where the two meet.
